WORKSHOPS
to inform and inspire those working with students and to help them to see those students through a neurodevelopmental and trauma-informed lens. These workshops provide staffs with a strong rationale for why we must make significant changes in how we intervene with the students in our care.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
to the School Board team of Professionals so they can provide leadership in this shift in practice.
COURSES
that use the Professional Learning Community (PLC) model to help the adults acquire a theoretical framework and then integrate and apply their new learning to create effective interventions with students. These can be on-site or on-line.
CONSULTATION: complex cases
with School Board Professionals to help them with particularly complex cases.
CONSULTATION: neurodevelopmentally friendly programs and practices
with School Board Directors and Professionals and schools to help them to adopt and implement neurodevelopmentally appropriate and attachment-safe programmes and interventions for their most challenging students.
DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMS AND PILOT PROJECTS
that provide models for how to put developmental theory into everyday practice in schools.
RESOURCES AND MATERIALS
to support an attachment-based neurodevelopmental, trauma-informed and trauma-responsive approach with easy to find and easy to implement practices in the school and in the classroom.
